Program Overview
The Performance Collective - Baseball Edition is an exclusive 8-week development
program designed for high school baseball athletes who want to take their game to the
next level. Powered by Sluggers, LAB, and Xseed, the program combines two days of
focused baseball skill development with two days of individualized strength, movement,
performance, and arm-care training each week.
Limited to just six athletes per group, every player receives individualized assessment,
programming, progressions, and coaching within a coordinated development plan
designed to improve baseball skills, strength, power, speed, durability, and overall
athletic performance.
Athletes also receive specialized attention from sports-specific healthcare and
performance professionals and exclusive regional access to Proteus Motion technology
for advanced 3D resistance training and strength/power assessments.
This truly unique, all-encompassing approach brings baseball development, athletic
performance, arm care, injury prevention, and sports medicine together in one
comprehensive program.

CODY HILL - DOCTOR OF CHIROPORACTIC
Dr. Cody is a chiropractor, performance specialist, and driving force in the next generation of performance
movement health in the Flathead Valley. Dr. Cody graduated from Life University in Marietta, GA where he
earned his Doctorate in Chiropractic. He is the founder of Xseed Chiropractic where he’s built a model centered
not around treating pain, but around optimizing human potential. Working with athletes, high-level performers,
and active individuals, his approach blends chiropractic care, movement assessment, soft-tissue therapy, and
performance technology. He looks at the body as a connected system, identifying movement limitations,
improving function, and building a foundation for long-term performance.
His vision for your health is that it should be proactive, personalized, and performance-driven. With a background
in baseball as both a player and coach, Dr. Cody brings an athlete’s mindset into his professional work,
understanding the demands placed on the body and the discipline required to consistently perform at a high level.
Now, he’s bringing something entirely new to Montana: the state’s first Proteus, an advanced performance
technology designed to challenge, measure, and develop human movement and strength in ways traditional
training can’t. By combining cutting-edge 3D resistance technology with clinical expertise, he’s creating a new
kind of space where healthcare, training, and human performance converge. The goal isn’t simply to help you feel
better. It’s to help you move better, perform better, and discover what their body is truly capable of. He doesn’t
just treat the body, he optimizes it.

Program Goals
Our goal is to help athletes stay healthy, perform at a high level, and build the physical
qualities necessary to handle the demands of baseball. We use an individualized,
sports-medicine-informed approach that considers each athlete's movement, strength,
mobility, training history, injury history, throwing demands, and goals.
Rather than applying the same program to every athlete, we identify individual needs
and build strategies around them. This allows our sports medicine component to
become an active part of the athlete's development, not simply something they access
when they're injured.
